Chams Conner to Chiefs Debut Sunday

Chamarri Conner, who led the team in defensive snap percentage last season, can play nickel or safety and is a favorite of defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo. "It seems like every year he's been here...27 keeps showing up, making plays," Spagnuola said.

Starting left tackle Josh Simmons will also miss his fourth consecutive game due to a bulging disc in his lower back, with undrafted rookie Khalil Benson starting in his stead. turconews.click
