Ravens Trade DL C.J. Okoye to Giants

The Ravens have agreed to trade defensive lineman C.J. Okoye to the New York Giants in exchange for a 2028 seventh-round draft pick.

Okoye entered the NFL through the International Player Pathway Program and spent time on the Chargers' practice squad (2023-2024) before joining the Ravens last season. During Harbaugh's final year in Baltimore, Okoye appeared in 15 games, recording 15 tackles and one pass breakup.

The transaction helps the Ravens reach the 53-player roster limit by Sunday's deadline while the Giants now have one additional cut to make as they finalize their roster. afrikasportnews.co.za
