Entering his fourth and final season of his rookie contract, Richardson has started just 15 games in his career, completing 50.6% of his passes with 11 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. While he hasn't developed into the player the Colts hoped when they selected him fourth overall in the 2023 draft, he's finding positive in being elevated to second string rather than third string on the depth chart.
