Colombia Fans Descend on Vancouver for World Cup

Thousands of Colombian fans have descended on Vancouver to support their team as they face Switzerland in the Round of 16 on Tuesday.

Colombia's World Cup journey has gradually been heading north through Mexico City, Guadalajara, Miami, and Kansas City. Now thousands of supporters are filling Vancouver with vibrant color and joy as they cheer for Néstor Lorenzo's side.

This massive fan migration hasn't been seen since Colombia's last quarter-final appearance in 2014. James Rodríguez, the team's captain, addressed fans before traveling to North America, following some trouble when Colombia were in the US for the 2024 Copa América. lebandit.lat
