Norris Wins Dutch GP as Verstappen Crashes

Norris made a superb drive to retake the lead from Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli late in the race. Antonelli had led for most of the 72 laps after passing Russell and then taking the lead during the restart following Verstappen's crash.
