Teen Norton's debut hat-trick highlights county cricket awards

18-year-old Tom Norton roared in like the north wind against Somerset in early May, taking a hat-trick on his Championship debut and delighting teammates who chased him around Sophia Gardens. His impressive beard and performance marked quite the first impression in county cricket.

Despite being ruled out for the rest of the season in August with a stress fracture of the back, Glamorgan survived their first year back in the top tier. Batters will be nervously waiting when Norton returns in 2027. liveiplscore.homes
