Vålerenga Board Chairman Resigns After Bjørdal Sale

Vålerenga's board chairman, Søren Eriksen, has resigned immediately following the controversial sale of striker Henrik Bjørdal to Viking.

Eriksen stated he lacked necessary support for decisions made to strengthen the club's economy.
