Bukayo Saka has signed a new five-year contract with Arsenal, extending his stay at the club until 2031.
According to an accompanying report from BBC Sport, the agreement will make Saka the club’s highest-paid player, with wages reported to exceed £300,000 per week.
Negotiations over the extension had been underway for nearly a year, and Saka is understood to have verbally agreed to the deal in January before now putting pen to paper.
The 24-year-old previously signed a contract in 2023 that was now into its final 18 months.
The extension reflects the club’s strategy of securing long-term deals for key players, including William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhaes, Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly, who all inked new contracts last summer.
Saka has scored eight goals in 34 appearances for Arsenal this season.
