Jurgen Zomermaand Wins Stage 3 of Tour du Rwanda

Dutch cyclist Jurgen Zomermaand of Development Team Picnic PostNL won Stage 3 of the Tour du Rwanda on Tuesday, securing the overall lead.

Zomermaand crossed the finish line 145.3 kilometers from Huye to Rusizi ahead of Lucas Van Gils and teammate Matteo Vanhuffel.

He now wears the yellow jersey ahead of Wednesday's 127.2-kilometer Stage 4 from Karongi to Rubavu.
