Former Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore has been granted an evidentiary hearing for March 2 to challenge the basis of his arrest. His attorney argued that a detective failed to disclose that the alleged victim worked closely with Moore within the football program, creating a one-sided picture for probable cause.
Moore maintains his innocence after being fired in December and charged with third-degree home invasion, stalking, and breaking and entering. Prosecutors argue the working relationship wouldn't have changed the facts that justified the arrest.
