Adelaide Ice Arena charged after patrons hospitalised for alleged carbon monoxide exposure

Safework SA has launched criminal proceedings against the Adelaide Ice Arena, after hockey players and spectators were allegedly exposed to "significant levels" of carbon monoxide more than two years ago, leading to more than 40 hospitalisations.
