NASCAR champion Kyle Busch and wife Samantha have reached a settlement in their lawsuit against Pacific Life Insurance and agent Rodney Smith, which was filed in November seeking over $8 million.

Kyle Busch, the two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, and his wife Samantha have resolved their legal dispute with Pacific Life Insurance over an alleged retirement plan scheme. The couple initially filed the lawsuit in November, claiming damages exceeding $8 million.

The settlement brings an end to the legal battle that centered on claims against both the insurance company and agent Rodney Smith regarding the alleged misconduct related to Busch's retirement plan.
