Arsenal Probe Warm-up Injuries After Fourth Case

Arsenal have launched an investigation into their warm-up routines following the club's fourth pre-match injury this season, manager Mikel Arteta confirmed.

Arsenal are reviewing their pre-match routines after experiencing an unusual pattern of injuries during warm-ups. Mikel Arteta admitted it's "very unusual" that four separate players have been injured before kick-off this season, compared to just once or twice in his previous six years at the club.

The most recent case involved Riccardo Calafiori, who was withdrawn before the Wigan game for the second time this season. Earlier, William Saliba was sidelined with an ankle injury at Anfield, while Bukayo Saka was pulled out before the Leeds match. Arteta acknowledged the incidents have forced tactical changes and made him more aware during the final moments before kick-off.
