Brayden Point Returns to Lightning vs. Maple Leafs

Brayden Point is back for the Tampa Bay Lightning in their first game after the Olympic break, facing the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Point missed 11 games with a lower‑body injury sustained on Jan. 12 against the Flyers and was also ruled out of the Winter Olympics. He will rejoin the Lightning lineup for the Wednesday game at 7:30 p.m. ET.

The 29‑year‑old has tallied 11 goals and 19 assists in 36 games this season, and the Lightning sit atop the Eastern Conference with a 37‑14‑4 record.
