No. 1 Michigan defeats No. 7 Purdue 91-80

Elliot Cadeau scored 17 points and Aday Mara recorded a double-double to lead No. 1 Michigan to a 91-80 victory over No. 7 Purdue.

The Wolverines used a strong interior presence to dominate the Boilermakers. Aday Mara made each of his first four shots, helping Michigan build a 23-10 lead and force Purdue into catch-up mode.

Trey McKinney, Yaxel Lendeborg and L.J. Cason each added 13 points. The win extends Michigan's winning streak to 11 games and keeps them on track for the Big Ten title. For Purdue, Trey Kaufman-Renn scored 27 points.
