Michael Phelps opened up in an interview with Whoop Podcast about his mental health challenges and career. The Olympic champion expressed his opposition to his children pursuing swimming, saying "I don't want my children to swim, I don't want them to go through what I experienced for 20 years."

During the conversation, Phelps also discussed the future of the US swimming team for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, mentioning his belief that the team currently lacks leadership.
