Manchester United expect Marcus Rashford to join Barcelona permanently after the Catalans look to activate his €30m buy option.

Barcelona are prepared to activate the €30m buy option in their agreement with Manchester United for Marcus Rashford, who has already agreed terms to join permanently. The only obstacle remaining is a club-to-club agreement with the Premier League giants.

Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has confirmed the club is looking for a replacement for Rashford, suggesting the England international may have already played his final game at Old Trafford.
