German rider Moritz Kretschy has won the eighth edition of the Tour of Rwanda, with Eritrean Henok Mulubrhan claiming the final stage victory in Kigali.

German Moritz Kretschy (NSN Development) has been crowned the winner of the eighth edition of the Tour of Rwanda. The final stage, a 99.5 km route around Kigali, was won by Eritrean Henok Mulubrhan (XDS Astana).
