The NFL's attempt to keep the NFLPA's 2026 report cards confidential failed, as ESPN's Kalyn Kahler posted the full array of letter grades for all 32 teams. The leak came after the NFL won a grievance that blocked the union from publishing the results, but the arbitrator allowed the NFLPA to create the cards and share them with players, only requiring that they not be made public.
The 2026 cards, based on 1,759 player responses from Nov 2–Dec 11, include grades for categories such as treatment of families, home game field, food/dining area, nutritionist/dietician, locker room, training room, training staff, weight room, strength coaches, position coaches, offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, special teams coordinator, team travel, head coach, general manager, and team ownership. New categories added are home game field, position coaches, the three coordinators, and general manager.
