Wolves Bring Back Kyle Anderson After Grizzlies Release

The Minnesota Timberwolves have signed veteran forward Kyle Anderson on Monday, reuniting with the fan favorite following his release by the Memphis Grizzlies.

The 32-year-old Anderson returns to Minnesota after a stint with the Golden State Warriors and a trade to the Memphis Grizzlies. He averaged 7.5 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.7 assists this season while playing 20.4 minutes per game.

Anderson started 56 games over two years with the Timberwolves, averaging 25.3 minutes per game, which remains the highest mark of his career across six teams. Known for his toughness and leadership, the 2014 first-round draft pick brings experience as the Timberwolves prepare to host the Grizzlies on Tuesday.
