Mariners fall to Angels 7-6 in spring training loss

The Seattle Mariners dropped a tough 7-6 decision to the Los Angeles Angels in spring training on Tuesday.

Angels starter George Klassen dominated with four strikeouts, including all four coming on his changeup. Patrick Wisdom and Rhylan Thomas hit solo homers for Seattle, but the bullpen faltered in the ninth inning.

Bryan Woo allowed three runs in 2.1 innings, while Casey Legumina gave up a two-run homer to Jeimer Candelario. The Angels scored three times in the ninth to secure the victory.
