Everton U21s Earn Late Draw

Despite taking an early lead through Demi Akarakiri, Everton U21s found themselves trailing Southampton in the second half before Welch's equalizer in the 92nd minute secured a valuable away point.

Akarakiri had put Everton ahead after just 10 minutes, but Southampton responded with two goals to seemingly take the victory. However, Francis Gomez's corner was headed home by Welch in injury time to rescue a draw for the young Blues.
